This graphic is an updated version of AKIRANAKA's KISS T-SHIRTS.
Composed through a multi-perspective drawing approach, the illustration radiates a unique presence where movement and negative space coexist.
Every day in our studio, we engage with various sketches, graphic work, and craftwork. All designs launched each season begin with designers first sketching their concepts by hand. We believe beauty resides in what the hand draws and shapes, in the individuality and irregularities that emerge within it. For this reason, many of the patterns AKIRANAKA creates retain the brushstrokes of hand-painted production. This tote bag was created by gathering sketches and doodles drawn by our designers during the creative process and using them as graphics.
