Q. Can I return or exchange my order?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders from overseas as a general rule.

We can ship overseas except for some countries and regions.

Please note that we are unable to change the payment method after an order has been confirmed.
Q. I have not received my order.
We usually ship within 2 to 5 business days after an order is placed. If more time has passed, please contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that we may not be able to deliver your order on the requested date and time for ordered items.
Inquiries received on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and during summer and winter holidays will be handled on the next business day or after the vacation.

Please note that we do not offer gift wrapping.

Q. The color of the product is different from what I saw on the website.
Due to the nature of PCs and mobile devices, the color of the product image may differ slightly from the actual color.
Q. Can I have my order repaired?
We do not accept any alterations or size adjustments for the customer's convenience.
If you would like to have your items altered, please visit a local dressmaker.
If you would like to have your AKIRANAKA garments or shoes repaired due to damage or deterioration, please contact our customer support (email@example.com). We will confirm whether or not we can accommodate your request.
