online store. The applicable terms differ depending on your country of

【Returns and Exchanges】

Returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for the convenience of
the customer are, in principle, not accepted. Returns or exchanges will
only be accepted for defective products or shipping errors caused by
our company, and only when reported within 7 days of receipt of the
product.

【Items that cannot be returned or exchanged】

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items.

・Products received more than 7 days ago
・Products returned without prior notification
・Products with the price tag removed or showing signs of tag removal
・Products damaged, stained, or soiled due to customer negligence,
　including but not limited to cosmetics, foundation, lipstick, pet
　hair, perfume, tobacco or body odor, and sweat stains
・Products with lost or damaged accessories (price tag, repair bag,
　non-woven cloth bag, protective sheet, product box, etc.)
・Products with evidence of washing, dry cleaning, or alterations
・Products showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to check fit
　(for footwear, including scratches or stains on the soles)
・Products used outdoors (including footwear)
・Made-to-order products
・KISS TOTE BAG / PRIMITIVE TOTE BAG / GLAM TOTE BAG
・Sealed hygiene products such as socks, tights, and innerwear
・Products purchased outside of this website

If a returned item does not meet the above conditions, we will not
process the return. The item will be shipped back to you freight
collect, and the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

◾️For consumers residing in the EU/EEA

【Right of Withdrawal】

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European
Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from this contract
within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive
2011/83/EU as amended by Directive 2023/2673.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or
a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires
physical possession of the goods.

【How to exercise your right of withdrawal】

of your decision by any of the following:

・Complete and submit the Model Withdrawal Form provided below
・Send us an unequivocal statement by email to online@akiranaka.com
　including your order number

You will receive an automatic confirmation email upon submission of
your withdrawal request.

【Effects of withdrawal】

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments
received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except
for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type
other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay
and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed
of your decision.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as the
initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event,
you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back,
or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever
is earliest.


【Return of goods】

You shall return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event
no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your
withdrawal to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods


【Diminished value】

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting
from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature,
characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Items must be returned
in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached and
original packaging intact. Items showing signs of use — including but
not limited to perfume, deodorant, makeup, body odor, stains, or
visible wear — may be subject to a deduction from the refund
proportional to the diminished value.


【Exclusions from the right of withdrawal】

In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of
withdrawal does not apply to the following:

・Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health
　protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
　This includes socks, tights, hosiery, underwear, and swimwear.
・Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
・Goods which, after delivery, are according to their nature
　inseparably mixed with other items.

All products are carefully inspected by our inspection and packaging
team before shipping. In the unlikely event that you find an error,
