Returns and Exchanges
Any returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for the convenience of our customers cannot be accepted for any reasons.
In the event that an order is returned without notification, or returned or cancelled due to refusal to receive, we may refuse your next or subsequent orders.
We will accept returns or exchanges of defective products or shipping errors caused by our company within 7 days of receipt of the product.

The case returns or exchanges are not possible
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items.
・In case if 7 days have passed since the package arrived
・When the product is damaged or scratched due to the customer’s negligence (For shoes, including scratches and stains on soles)
・When product tags, repair bags, non-woven or cloth bags, protective sheets, product boxes, etc. are lost or damaged due to the customer's negligence
・When the product shows signs of use
・Products purchased outside of this website
・In case of made-to-order production
