Design dress featuring original graphics that embody this season's context, creating a new aesthetic sensibility.
This season's graphics draw inspiration from the concept of ‘VOID (emptiness)’ that sculptor Isamu Noguchi sought to express.
He viewed the ‘emptiness’ in sculpture not merely as a state of “nothingness,” but as an essential element that constitutes space and form, including that very nothingness, and explored its relationships.
Based on this perspective, we are elevating and developing the concept of treating ‘emptiness’ not as “absence” but as “presence” into our design.
By erasing abstract color spaces through “interval,” the graphic creates an entirely new stripe pattern, introducing a new aesthetic sensibility not found in conventional stripes.
Departing from traditional Western patternmaking, this dress designed through an approach of “enveloping abstract forms” produces a modern air feel with its asymmetrical sleeves extending from the bodice. Simultaneously, the excess fabric at the sides produces unique drapes, etc., transforming classic details abstractly to achieve a new balance.
The included belt marks the waist, deliberately shaping it in a relaxed manner to create a piece that integrates into everyday wardrobe while maintaining its context.
The rayon fabric, with its soft texture and distinctive crinkle effect, evokes a luxurious mood and guides toward a sophisticated, mature style.
A garment that enriches the wearer's sensibility brings fresh inspiration and a powerful attitude to everyday life.
